Reasons to waste your time with .NET

Let's see... it's faster to develop with than J2EE, performs better, runs on the most used OS, is relatively cheap, has the best IDE and the best framework available.

Hmmm, the only reasons I can see _not_ to use .NET is (a) you're an ABMer; (b) you actually thing you _need_ to run your app on multiple OS's (well, with .NET you could try to use mono or dotgnu)
