- Rights?

Actually, they do have the right to be heard. No matter how distasteful the commentary, they have the Constitutional right to post it as long as it doesn't violate the law.
A somewhat silly example: I can post all day that I hate Brussel sprouts (which I do, with a passion!). That is protected. It only becomes illegal if I were to post the locations of Brussel sprout farms and invite my fellow sprout-haters to torch said farms. That invitation to commit a criminal act is what would make the whole website illegal.
Same with those anti-whoever sites. They can post any silly rhetoric they want, as long as they do not advocate illegal and/or violent acts against the objects of their hatred.
In the same vein, a high school kid was suspended from school for drawing anti-war cartoons in his personal journal because they included George Bush as an object of hate. His teacher turned him in for violating the Patriot Act (he didn't, but that is how the law is being misused).
THAT'S why censorship is never a good thing-it is never right to suppress an opposing opinion out of misguided patriotism or altruism. We send our children to fight for freedom in foreign lands, yet allow our own freedoms to be taken away.
