Right to Free Speech, not Right to Be Heard
As was said before, Google is a private company and can do whatever they want with their search results. If the Government were forcing them to remove or change the site's listing, or forced the site itself off the Web, THEN it would be a violation of Free Speech. Otherwise, it's just Google making a (wise, IMHO) PR decision.

Don't forget, someone may have a right to free speech, but they don't have a right for people to listen to them.
