The only difference is that it is not the first site that Google retrieves when searching for the word "Jew".

If I remember right Google places sites based on page ranking. In its simplest form it means the number of other pages that link to that one. This means the page is "popular" enough to get where it was placed. I believe they also go by the number of people who select that site from search results.

Now, I dont agree with the content BUT it has to be questioned, as the prior writer mentioned, if their free-speech rights are being violated. The internet is full of stuff we might not like but we shouldnt remove them due to our own personal views. Doing such would be like being....a nazi.
