Lose what security features??
To say that Vista Ultimate is 'the only' package containing all the security features indicates that the author presumes that the features left out differ in any significant way from comparisons between XP Home and XP Pro. XP Home didn't have these features either simply because a Home user doesn't need them.

The Pro and Business/Ultimate editions additional features are for weinies using coroporate intranets where their OS is controlled by IT department administrators. Bitlocker was left out of Vista Home editions on purpose, as MS believes that the likelihood of a home user encrypting their drive by accident is too great.
