That's not something that Vista can help with.
When someone finds the next cross-zone exploit in IE, people running Vista might be less likely to get attacked by a virus using it, but the compromised copy of IE in memory will happily sit there and attack the machines around them. And with the improved suspend and resume that running copy of IE will live longer than it used to...
