I'm outraged. I not only upgrade both my own and my husband's computers but also fix things when software goes sour. I'd have to be real dumb not to be able to do so. But then I don't use Windows. Both computers are Macintoshes.

Kewl. So you're a bit of a techie... Just one question though:

Is your husband "equipped" to do an OS upgrade (or fix things for that matter) ON HIS OWN without your help?

Like it or not, you may be married to the mythical "Joe Consumer" mentioned by the Gartner dude...
