& what I said about Win 3.x
The only 'upgrade' worth spit was when Windows 2 came out. Everything since then tarted up the platform IMHO. Also, any upgrade in any software inevitably degrades some feature/s, especially with an OS.

Most disgusting was the local tv news last night, with the FGA Club (Future Geeks of America) lined up outside a store waiting for midnight, like Vista was a new Harry Potter book. Relax, I made up the FGA Club, but the kid in braces drooling over Vista was real. Grump, grump, grump from a LOL (Little Old Lady).
