They contradict themselves.
Howe said Drive PM will avoid privacy pitfalls by keeping consumers' personal information--such as names, phone numbers and addresses--private.

Unless you willingly give it to them, if they have your name, phone number, address, AND your surfing behavior, your privacy has already been violated, whether they "keep it private" or not.

I have a feeling they're going to get a response alright, but not the type they're expecting.
