Vista success hinges on developers
Thank you for rehashing what Microsoft has been saying for years. They have always relied on their developers to make applications for their platform. When Steve Ballmer gave his speech repeating "developers" over and over again what do you think he meant? That had to be one of the best marketing stunts of all time. Everyone seen it, everyone knows it, and everyone knows Microsoft is committed to its developers.

Its all going to trickle down. Microsoft provides the platform and tools, developers will provide the applications, customers will buy the products. In the end it all works out and a win-win-win situation for Microsoft, developers, and customers.
