IBM gives Lotus a dose of Web 2.0

Just because it runs horridly: doesn't mean it just 5 people subjected to it. A number of universities and state agencies bought the cow and got a lot of bull instead. But Outlook was a virus trap. So it's a lose lose for a lot of people.
