Ethics can't be taught or enforced
Face it, no matter how good the wga software or the anti-piracy campaign, windows will continue to be pirated. People don't seem to realize that IP is no different than any other property. I've seen customers that were ethical by all social standards but didn't seem to have a problem when it came to pirated software... To them it wasn't theft. How can it be stealing when there is no tangible object? This is a cultural mindset that will take years to change, assuming it's even possible.
