- Gates Foundation Funds Law Suits; Microsoft's job is not law enforcement.

Through Abramoff like organizational structures, the Gates Foundation has been shown to fund legal actions. The actions so far documented involve school districts in the USA that owing to funding isues may well have pirated software by accident or necessity.
We should view both the Gates Foundation's and the piracy actions of Microsoft itself as likely inappropriate.
Microsoft's job is not law enforcement.
The company's status as a found-guilty of antitrust violations criminal organization makes this so.
Instead, the new company management - yes new is needed, must seak to work with government in cleaning up in-house as well as outside piracy.
