So you actually believe the people who aren't Microsoft are the bad guys?

Oh, and the bad guys can easily get to see the code for Microsoft software pretty much for free as well. It's called places like Universities (and for that matter countries like China) that have agreements with Microsoft that let them see the source code to a greater or lesser degree. You also have to presume there are not current or past Microsoft employees that don't just let these bad guys know what's up with the code that they are/were dealing with. So... to say that OSS is bad because anyone can see the code is kind of lame because there isn't any particular reason why the bad guys don't have access to whatever they want anyway.
