Sure, keep thinking that....
Nice to see the arrogance and ignorance showing through. Just keep thinking that way and one day you'll wake up to a whole new order. There's only so many resources in the world and right now a lot of ours are being shipped overseas to China to fuel their economic boom, not ours. We're funding a very expensive war that has got to be paid for and while we have had a glorious jobless recovery, the lack of higher paying jobs in this recovery does not bode well for empire building based on income taxes. I can see Congress thinking now... "Oh, maybe if we tax the Internet..." There goes your information technology based society. And there is no reason to keep information technologies in the US once a country builds in sufficient telecommunications infrastructure.
