I beg to differ on the Car quailty
Ford most definitely puts out some better vehicles than those in Germany. It really comes down to what you want though. If you want speed and acceleration Fords tops there right now. Want trucks again Ford and Chev and Dodge kick on European and Japanese trucks.

I've owned a few foriegn cars, not at all what they are made out to be. If you buy a domestic car and spend what you spend on foriegn cars you get a better deal with the domestic cars and they last longer. Stay away from the throw away cheapie cars though like the Sun Fire unless you don't mind wasting your money.
