California turning into China
This bill will only be valid in California. I'm not worried. If I sign up for Gmail, it's with my consent (which this "senator" is sooo worried about).

With all the senators and representatives out there hustling to find new legislation to introduce, I'm surprised they haven't blocked outside internet communications to the whole state.

My business, butt out Lady.
