Public schools wasting money
If I knew that my school district was planning a transition to Vista, I would seriously consider voting against the next levy. Money is too scarce and important to waste on eye candy that will also require more hardware spending. Can anyone explicitly enumerate any LEARNING benefits that would be provided by Vista? And no, better DRM for multimedia is not a learning benefit, and neither is tighter vendor lock-in.
