I work at a public school district and we are moving to Vista. We have been evaluating it and decided that it has enough improvements to be worth while. I have been running Vista since beta one in testing environment and am currently running Vista Business on my laptop. I use it in my day to day operation and have run into very few snags. The only reason to wait is perhaps driver support which isn't great right now.
