- Micorsoft is FORCED to write office for Mac

As a condition of a lawsuit filed almost 10 years ago, which Apple largely won (most
points, not all), part of the judgement against Microsft was that they continue to
provide Office for Mac for at least 5 years. They fully intended to drop it after that, as
it does not make them much money at all. However, MS was found to have not
satisfied the original judgemnet in other areas, and was "coerced" into providing
Office longer (hence Office 2008) than originally ordered. Although the Mac versions
of Office always gets more awards/praise, it's not a money-maker. There's an entire
Macintosh Software Development Team as MS, in their own building, and MS would
