And when you dance with the elephant (MS), you are likely to eventually get stepped on. Remember that Baystar is just the conduit for the funds, it is MS that is pulling the strings in the background. And MS would very much like to destroy BOTH Unix and Linux in one sweep. MS and SCO are mortal enemies, only the convenience of the moment brought them together. But now the honeymoon is over and MS is applying the heat. They have become tired of Darl's little circus and are demanding management that can perform. They want nothing less than their money's worth. In short they want SCO to dump Unix and earn their bread by driving a stake into the heart of the one MS fears most: Linux OS. Such a soap opera!
