BayStar doesn't make software
BayStar is an investment company, and they only know how to make money by investing. They've seen other companies that buy up IP rights and then sell licenses make money from those ventures, and maybe they thought sco (I don't believe they deserve caps any longer - my personal statement) should be doing the same thing instead of what I see as an attempt to perserve their market share.

Maybe BayStar is right, that sco should get out of the software business and start trading IP. Regardless, if even BayStar says sco is doing the wrong thing and will back that up by pulling their money out, daryl and his mcbride's maids ought to listen up and pay attention.
