Ain't that the truth. However, when it happens to an ethnic minority, some people cry foul and racism, as an excuse for where the problem really lies.
If Sanjay didn't know what was going on within the company, he was either a blind fool or guilty as sin!! I believe both!
Bill Gates did the eact same thing., stepped down and assigned himself a new role.
