Join the 21st Century will you?
Not racism. Responsibility. When it appears that bad things happen UNDER a CEO the CEO is responsible for it. That's the name of the game in business. They aren't firing him, just not letting him be the guy running the company. It happens all the time in business, this time, it happened to Him. Not to a man from his country, to HIM. In the end that's where the 'buck stops', at the top.
You'll note lots of people who allegedly pulled the alleged shenanigans all got the AXE. That's also the way business runs.
