I am wondering what Amsterdam expects their annual software cost to be? Do you think they expect to cut it by 50, 75 or more percent?
What happens when they need a capability that is not included in the software? (Of course, this can happen no matter the supplier)
If OpenOffice gains critical mass of general acceptance, would not virus writers follow? Who is going to respond quickly in those events? (Not to say MS is quick). How often is the software patched?
