The CANSPAM law is B.S., even more so...
Of course you don't have a way to opt-out. The vast majority of spam is sent by a bunch of slimebags that couldn't care less about the law.

To believe for even a minute that the CANSPAM law would have any significant effect on spam would be downright stupid. It would be more intelligent to believe in Santa Claus.
