I believe Novell got sick of him. So I guess their agreement to have him stay on just ran out. Companies hardly never disclose on how employees left.

Yes some folks do, but past stellar recommendations will not carry you 100%. Actually all people are employed at the discretion of their employer. Only owners call the shots. They just happen to be easier on their key players.

Tired of all the morality flag waving when those are just as morally bankrupt. Just quit peacefully and move on to better pastures. Burning bridges in public is disgraceful. We are all wage slaves or the owner. Your ego is lying to you about your importance.
