Redhat is worried abut the lawsuit
Not sure what you mean by "worried." Are you talking about the lawsuit Redhat has instituted against SCO? True, Redhat wants the trial to proceed expeditiously, and I think you would agree this is the most appropriate course. Is this the lawsuit you mean? Worried that SCO will bankrupt and there won't be any leavings? What? Clarify, please.
