Microsoft "Best Company to Work For"????
Daemon-slave: start reading Fortune magazine. They list the 100 greatest companies at which to work and they review the list yearly. To my memory Microsoft hasn't made the top 10 since the bubble burst: long hours, comparatively low pay. A substantial number of non-management employees leave after their options vest, for companies with less stress.

Now, with anemic stock growth Microsoft's prime recruitment tool, stock options, is a thing of the past. They've shown no sign of treating their employees better, at least not to the folks at Forbes.
