I fully agree with ya there
Everyone is trying to make money, and if one thing isn't doing it, or if a better offer comes along, and it is better for you, then i'm all for it. Anyone who finds a better paying job, and would enjoy their work, should go for it. Not always is this the case, you might make more money, but you could be miserable. It all goes hand in hand with what whatever someone is willing to put up with in order to accept a new role. Not all jobs come with perks, even though i'm sure MS offered quite a bit of perks in this case.
