There is a difference between ?by money? and ?by an idea?.
When a company has the best return:

1. When money goes before an idea?
2. When an idea goes before money?

The World experience shows ? the second choice always defeats ?1?. Thus, do not worry about those who went to MS camp ? the better guys will always come.

Do not forget ? No 2 brings more money too (when money is a measurement of what you are doing but not the goal).
