I dont have any type of degree and yes, a lot of what I learned about Microsoft products comes from Microsofts documents.

Saying that, for the average home user, Windows is in fact somewhat of a death trap, especially for the sheepish type which will click on anything without thinking. Microsoft needs to shore up their system so that it's harder for the average home user to destroy it.

But....in a business enviroment, Windows is manageable if you know what you're doing.
