I simply do not get this argument at all...
I mean I have some very old WordPerfect files (from the DOS era) and when I fire up an old version of WordPerfect there they are.

Is the point here that in someway the EU is unable to keep an older copy of the app that created the document? If so they really are cognitively challenged...
