It all depends who you ask and how you ask it.
If you create questions that put everything in a positive light, then people will answer yes to about anything. Also, no idea how the selected the participants.

For instance, this question is clearly biased: "I am more likely to deploy a Linux that comes with intellectual property rights, which reduces my company's exposure to risk." Like who would NOT be for more intelectual property rights and reduced exposer to risk.

It should have been "comes with questionable and insignificant IP rights" and "insignificantly reduces my company's exposure to risk". While finally adding "while at the same time being forced to deal with companies that created ill will towards others in the industry".
