Insurance companies base their services on
RISK...Obviously these guys don't feel there is much risk involved in offering this service. They don't think they will ever have to pay out anything cause SCO's case to date has proven fairly week.

Also I would not be shocked to find that MS or some partner of MS has had a hand if financing this project. After all it is a nice bit of traditional MS FUD:)

Funny thing is I don't think Open Source or Linux has gotten so much attention until SCO came a calling for money they don't deserve. This is great news for the Linux community. What is the saying again? "There is no such thing as bad press"
