Absolutely incompetent arrogance

Either MS' PR dept. staff is too stupid to understand that "creating jobs" = customers shelling out excess money, or they believe their customers are. Why in Hell would I want to deploy a product that yields insignificant advantages, has significant drawbacks (DRM, increased hw demands, etc.) and now is touted by its developer as requiring more care and feeding from staff and consultants? I plan to hold off deploying Vista to the ~1000 computers for which I am responsible for as long as possible, and I will definitely archive this report so that I have it my pocket as a defense if I receive any criticism for that strategy. I am also going use it in letters to the managers of the mutual funds I'm using for my retirement accounts, suggesting that they review and revise their MS holdings.
