The only thing that will win back markets with a strong bias is to create products and services that are so well designed, that people will "have to have them."

I'd add that they could also stop treating every customer like a potential criminal and endless piggy bank.

I also believe 90% of what's wrong with the company stems from their corporate culture and that is reflection of those at the top.
