I ate a murder of crows during the Microsoft settlement and speaking from that perspective this pullout isn't it. The crow will be served if the judge tests the GPL and finds the GPL to be a valid license. The crow will be served after the appeals court says, "No IBM did nothing wrong." The crow will be dipped in wine sauce and served flambe when Redhat gains their order against SCO. While this is good news, certainly, I'd rather rulings that remove all doubt than a slow starving of SCO such that they cannot prove by their loss that which we have been claiming.

Doubt is not removed until the judge rules.

Now, where did I put that catsup? I have to send it back to the Axe incarnation of two years ago.
