Perversely sorry if SCO bows out
Don't get me wrong... SCO is definitely a canker on the tender gums of society. But I don?t want them to have to fold now. It would only stave off the current crisis.

I'd really rather SCO could hang in there long enough for their farcical efforts to be found officially, legally, and permanently invalid by the US Court System. At that point, nobody else is likely to try an SCO-like attack of their own, as the courts work strongly by set precedent.

Only then could the Linux people and the larger Open Source community breathe a little freer.
