i do smell something....
Don't know if it's sewage, but i'm thinking baystar had a chance to look at this "code" that is supposedly owned by SCO and found that they would take a killing if they continued on with this sinking ship. I know if i invested 20mil into a company i'd want to see what they are claiming to be theirs. I'd also hire my own people to go over it with a fine tooth comb. I would have invester after the comb though, just to be on the safe side.
