GPL3 Solaris? Goodbye developers.
The reason open source Solaris has attracted developers is the CDDL. (Certainly true in my case and other for profit developers I talk with.) With it proprietary code can be used and sold. With out it the developer becomes another worker drone with zero return for their time and work. Ugh, no thanks...
