Considered them all and come the beginning of next year I will be good to go! New hardware, new OS, new flight sim! Ok, and other applications too.
As for the business aspect, most companies have the hardware to do the upgrade. Windows always follows the same logical path in navigating their menu system so training will be minimal if any is to be done at all. The company's image will have the desktop icons for the applications the user will need anyway. And if they don't those settings will transfer over when you copy the profile.
