- We upgraded to RTM Vista right away. Of course I was running the latest beta builds anyway. Application compatibility was never an issue because every app we run is a Microsoft application. The only corporate issue we had was with the Zune software but MCS delivered a fix for us in the nick of time. We saw an ROI of 875% and lowered TCO of over 1145% from the final upgrade to Vista. This new Windows eXPerience is unreal. The new wallpapers alone have boosted morale here. Although our help desk calls have spiked, I have offset hat by brining in MCS to manage and supervise our MCSEs. My rep and I watch from behind a 2 way mirorr and take notes in between sipping lattes and eating scones.
