COSS (again)
Commercial Open Source Software, is in my other long post.

Novell and MS approached the problem like adults, and came the mutally acceptable agreements, each parth, get a guanteed sum of money for a WAR CHEST, and to pay TEAMS of legal experts AND programmers.

ODSL, DONT follow the trend, cut many staff, cut back technical projects, fire programmers, and emply 1 legal expert.

OSS NEEDS to change, if they dont change will be forced upon them, when change is forced upon you, you are in a weaker barganing position. (on the defensive not offensive).

Chance the Linux Copyright kernel to COSS, change money for it, pay programmers, and compete in the real world, or die with your ideolgy. (just make sure you chant Ali-akbar) as you go.

I want Open Source software to compete with MS, and WORK with MS. they NEED some competition. Linux and Open source is our only hope. (and WE"LL PAY YOU FOR IT).

Turn ODSL programmers into overnight millionairs, instead of retrenching them !!!
