Won't work this time Anton...
In-re Massachusettes, you claimed that the decision was in the hands of beaurocrats in private meetings, who excluded Microsoft (the events prove you wrong, but no matter). You said that when the legislature became involved the decision would be overturned. Now you use the same skullduggery argument against Belgium and France (and maybe even Denmark)...

There's only three problems Anton. In all three cases (Belgium, France, and Denmark) the decision to switch to ODF (or by implication open standards with ISO approval) was taken by the Parliaments of the respective governments! Get that Anton? The people's representatives! You cannot make your skullduggery argument Anton, because the people, through their representatives decided to exclude Microsoft.

Well, you can make it, but we'll all laugh at your failure to research.

Maybe Microsoft will buy the elections in those countries the way they did in Massachusettes? Through massive contributions to a bought and paid for candidate who appointed a Microsoft lobbyist as the new head of IT? 60 billion buys a lot of political influence, but can it buy the world forever.

Here's the best backstory (coincidentally Dugg today) of the Microsoft Massachusettes' Manipulation:

Skullduggery, Anton? Your preferred vendor is capable of it also.
