---. If Apple should gain dominance in a defined market (say
media devices) and they are found by a court to be a monopoly
then perhaps something may be done---

Just as an addition here, remember that having a monopoly is
completely legal. It's when you break the laws and abuse that
monopoly power that you get in trouble.
