digital rights management (DRM) architecture at Microsoft and
backing it. All of those things are indications there is a belief, at
least by the movie community, that Microsoft's DRM technology
is rock solid."---

And soon after implementation, they'll find out that Steve Jobs is
right in that there is no foolproof DRM system. Everything is
crackable, and the best approach is to make your DRM so mild
an inoffensive, that there's no reason for the consumer to try to
skirt around it.
