What is the return for the business ?

I wonder how you can justify from a financial business perspective the cost of such an upgrade ?
Already the average user doesn't deploy more then 35% of MS-Office capabilities (which could also be done by using OOffice ...). On top of that, what is the added business value of Vista ? It's an OS (like Linux, but that is free). If I'm running my client PC's on XP, what business benefits do I get from upgrading to Vista ? Any ROI calculations ?
Honestly, if it wasn't for the FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt), I wouldn't expect any sound human being making the case (except for being left alone in the cold from support from MS ...., but then again there are solid alternatives).

In my pragmatic mind, there is no clear ROI for the business. Bad news for the stock exchange, but Vista is hype....at least for the business
