along with "loose" versus "lose".

No. A number of years ago, as an out of court settlement of
long running lawsuits, MS agreed to continue to produce Office
for the Mac for a number of years (now expired) and bought
$150 Million worth of non-voting Apple stock. MS has since
sold that stock off at a profit. So no, MS does not own any % of
Apple.
