- Most people's jobs only require them to use a certain set of functions. That is true regardless of the software being used. Most people seem to have no problem setting up their favourites and getting their jobs done. But - as you demonstrate, there are always whiners you don't like change and/or should have retired long ago - and therefore don't want to spend a few minutes learning something.
